Ms. Rivas, a licensed and multilingual clinical social worker, who worked in the nonprofit sector for over 13 year's experience. She has served many different people, such as LGBTQ+, those dealing with issues related to substance abuse and victims of sexual assault, and intimate partner violence. In 2019 she has been working with Mrs. Rivas is serving Erie's clients. The clinic is now offering Telehealth Health services. Ms. Rivas works with women pregnant and post-partum, as part of the Perinatal Behavioral team. She is a specialist in trauma informed treatment as well as EMDR services for adults. She provides group and individual counseling, a Medication Assisted Treatment program, referrals for special care facilities, as well as women's support groups. Amanda is also a volunteer at Best Friends Animal Society. She helps homeless pets find homes. She wholeheartedly believes in Best Friends' slogan, Save Them All and is determined to make Los Angeles become a no kill city. Amanda is someone who is a positive force in every day.
